1700 Ski Time Square: A New Boutique Luxury Development in Steamboat

There is a lot happening at the base of Steamboat Resort right now, and 1700 Ski Time Square is one of the newest developments buyers should have on their radar.

Located just steps from the ski area, 1700 will be a boutique collection of only 23 luxury residences. Unlike some of the larger resort developments coming to the mountain, the focus here is distinctly residential—spacious homes, privacy, outdoor gathering spaces, and easy access to the slopes.

What Is 1700 Ski Time Square?

The development is planned as two condominium buildings. The first release includes just nine residences in the Ski Time Square Building, with another 14 residences planned for the future Burgess Creek Building.

The initial residences range from three to six bedrooms and include features more commonly associated with single-family homes, including large living spaces, walk-in pantries and closets, mudrooms, generous storage, and expansive outdoor areas.

Planned amenities include:

The residences are being designed by OPI Architects, with interiors by The Ranch House and construction by Hyder Construction.

The location is another major draw. Situated along Ski Time Square Drive, owners will be within walking distance of the ski area and the restaurants, shops, and activity at the mountain base.

Nearly half of the site is also planned as landscaped and outdoor space, including a private courtyard for owners. Along Ski Time Square Drive, Legends' Lane will create a public pedestrian area celebrating Steamboat's Olympic heritage.
